Gestão das águas urbanas: questões e integração entre legislações pertinentes
Resumo:
O presente estudo buscou investigar a integração entre as legislações brasileiras no âmbito federal pertinentes à gestão das águas urbanas. Dividiu-se e avaliou-se a legislação pertinente à situação quali-quantitativa das águas urbanas e a legislação referente ao uso e ocupação do solo na cidade. Os resultados mostram uma difusa e complexa relação entre os dispositivos legais, apontando diferentes agentes responsáveis sobretudo no que tange ações obrigatórias e as externalidades causadas. Essa situação promove a dificuldade de efetiva integração, dificultando a gestão das aguas urbanas.
